Returns & Exchanges

Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for non-defective items.
Final sale items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. Please review product details carefully before purchasing.

What if my item arrives damaged or incorrect?
If you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact AVHATCO within 3 days of receiving your order.
To process your claim, please include:
- Your order number
- Clear photos of the defective or damaged item
- A brief description of the issue
If approved, we will provide a replacement or store credit at our discretion.

Refunds

Do you offer refunds?
Refunds are issued only if an order arrives defective or incorrect.
Store credit may be offered at management's discretion on a case-by-case basis.

Non-Refundable Items

Custom orders, bulk purchases, and final sale items are not eligible for refunds.
Headwear that has been worn, washed, or altered cannot be returned or refunded.

Return Shipping & Fees

Who covers the return shipping cost?
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (defective or incorrect item).
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.

Is there a restocking fee?
Non-defective returns (if accepted under special circumstances) are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from any approved store credit or refund.
